Kahan is a consultant who helps leaders get traction for new ideas and better ways of working. Kahan’s advice is the subject of his Fast Company expert blog, Leading Change. In April Kahan signed a book deal to write "Getting Change Right," due to be published spring 2010.
Kahan has Board Approval in Change Leadership by the Society for Advancement of Consulting and was selected a Visionary by the Center for Association Leadership. He lives in the Washington DC metro area, and is the principal of Performance Development Group.
